Past Event - Heart Medicine

An offering to the temple of the heart with the intention to restore balance to the heart centre. This evening provides an opportunity for us to gather in community, to bow to the goodness of the earth [heart] and to allow the light of love to be poured into you.

The real pilgrimage is always the pilgrimage to the heart. For that is where the divine and the human come together and that is where grace can come.

What to Expect?

Preparation for the Supreme Love, through an opening sharing circle, meditative heart opening practices, gentle movement, mudra, a rose elixir and a sound healing journey into the Heart of Hearts where you will be immersed in the sound of Love.

𖦹 Yoga mats are provided however I recommend bringing along a bottle of water, a cushion/folded jumper, blanket and an eye pillow for extra comfort.
