Sound is a significant element in worship.
Through sound, we can connect with the grace of god. To make music, whether with instruments or the instrument of the voice [wind and string], we are communing with beauty, the richness of life, birth and the eternal, evoking happiness through this holy communion. Whether we are the players or the receivers, we engage in a conversation of call and response through a bodily and spiritual response.
Music is a sensory pleasure that has existed since the beginning of the universe (oneverse), we are therefore transported to the beginning of time through sound healing, ceremonies and rituals. We are brought to a place of divine remembrance where visions, clarity, sensations and deep insight can occur.
The vibrational frequencies of the physical body are influenced on a daily basis through our thoughts, emotions, media and food consumption and other external stimuli. As the body is composed of vibrating atoms, it responds to external sound vibrations which can have a profound impact on our emotional and physical wellbeing. Sound has the power to create so we want to ensure that we create the best environment for wellness as is possible.
Ultimately, one may like to take part in this sensory experience in order to sustain feelings of peace and harmony within themselves and the world around us. Sound is Medicine
Sound Medicine is an expression that pertains to the healing and wellbeing of a person, place or situation.
We listen to sounds not only with our ears but with the whole body, through our largest organ, the skin. When sound encounters a membrane, the skin or water it imprints a pattern of energy.
Sound healing thus creates a sensory experience of nourishment and transmutation for the whole being, raising the vibration of the thinking mind, body and spirit.

Alchemy crystal singing bowls are made from 99.9% silica [quartz] infused with precious gemstones, minerals and metals. with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls
A chance to come out of the mind and into the body. During the session, a pot of tea and a jug of water will be prepared for you. We will have a discussion to pinpoint your intentions. You will be invited to lie down, and get comfy and then you will be guided through a meditation and sound bath with the alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes. There will be 5 minutes of silence after the sound bath before you slowly rise to sit up. A deck of oracle cards will be laid out before you to support you with your landing and further integration. The overall session offers a sense of deeper connection within and to the All, evoking feelings of harmony and a deep cellular re-membrance.
