Womb Wealth and Vitality

In referencing the womb, this alludes to the prostate and the health of the body as a whole.

The purpose of this text is to provide an insight into how to attain at-one-ment where the vital chi of the body is flowing at its optimum, so the vessel is in harmonic alignment.

Below I have written the main things that continue to support me. Every single body, want, need and desire is different so please accept this as a guide. These recommendations are ever-growing and will therefore be updated accordingly. It’s also crucial to mention that simplicity is key hence the ‘short’ list of guidelines.

Connection

Your womb and your body want you to connect with them. This is the foundation for all other principles. Begin with intention and follow through. Your womb has a voice and she also has ears – at every moment, she is listening to you and if you speak with her, she will speak with you.

Practice

You can close your eyes and turn your gaze inward to meet her. Place every ounce of awareness into her. Feel her breath, her heart rate and pulse. Breathe into her. After 3 minutes, you can then place both of your hands onto your womb space to bring your physical awareness into her. Simply breathe. On the inhale, breathe Love into her and on the exhale imagine that Love expanding throughout your whole pelvic bowl.

You can speak to her and share your gratitude for her and all that she is and all that she does. Allowing the feeling of gratitude to expand into your whole body and the field around you. Bathe in this feeling of light, whilst feeling rooted in your body. You can practice this daily and you will naturally feel into other ways of connection the more and more you listen.

Self-massage

When you plant your hands onto your own body, the intention is ten times stronger. Touch is an intention [emotion] and an action combined which the body is more receptive to. This is where energy is moved and transmuted.

Touch releases oxytocin, building trust and enhancing feelings of love, relaxation and pleasure within the body.

Practice

Create a cosy space, play some sweet music, place one hand on your heart and the other on your womb. Breathe into these two vital organs, sending the breath from the womb to the heart and from the heart to the womb. Beginning with a massage of the chest, heart and breasts [the bells of enlightenment], softening the fascia and stimulating the lymph. Slowly moving to the ribs and massaging the whole belly, including your womb in a clockwise direction. Then massaging the small intestines in a circular motion and then toward the navel with two or three fingers. Gently pump the navel with one or both hands. This stimulates the thousands of nerves located within this centre. Charging the navel centre which is your passage of nutrition. This activates the life force within the umbilicus.

Gently pump the womb with one or both hands. Massaging the the womb from hip-to-hip with small circles, gently tapping the ovaries. Listening to your body and feeling the motion of where your body’s directing your hands. Womb massage stimulates blood circulation, it relaxes the tissue and helps to improve the digestive system. When you are ready, place one hand on your heart and the other on your womb and breathe deeply here in love and thanks.

Castor Oil

Castor oil assists the body by drawing out toxins, reducing inflammation and healing wounds. When castor oil is placed on the belly and womb, it stimulates the circulatory system, liver detoxification and cleanses the reproductive organs.

Begin by applying castor oil to a cloth and placing it on your belly and womb area. It’s optional to wrap some cling film around you or you can use an old towel so the oil doesn’t drip onto the surface beneath you. You can also place a hot water bottle or a heat pad over the cloth to activate the castor. Lie down and relax for up to an hour. You can then leave the oil on your body or wipe away the residue. You may even want to self-womb-massage from here with the oil residue.

Note that using a castor oil pack may delay the mense by one-three days.

Diet [Livet]

Ital is Vital as is consuming the colours of the rainbow to ensure organ[ic] nourishment and the rightful functioning of the organs.

 Bush Tea

Plants help to cleanse the blood and treat and prohibit dis-ease.

They don’t have to help us, they are spirits themselves so it’s vital to reason with them before picking, preparing and ingesting them. The body loses a vast number of vitamins and minerals during menstruation so it is important to ensure the body ingests and absorbs plenty of nutrients and minerals throughout the cycle, especially iron as it is a magnet for all other minerals.

Sarsaparilla – highly potent in iron, is great for PMS and Menopause.

Nettle Leaf – a great source of iron and helps to balance the hormones.

Red Raspberry Leaf – alleviates inflammation and therefore heavy periods and cramping.

Dog Blood Bush – the reproductive systems best friend for it enhances fertility and helps to treat a matter of dis-ease throughout the womb.

Elderberry - High in vitamins and antioxidants which assists in strengthening the immune system. It’s high in iron and is a blood cleanser.

Black Cohosh – good for relieving menopausal symptoms and the secretion of amrita.

Citrus assists the body with the absorption of iron.

Juicing and juice cleanses – helps to give the body a break from solids thereby resetting and recharging the digestive system. The body absorbs a larger amount of nutrients through liquid form.

Embodied Movement

Dance, flow, tai chi, qi gong, yoga, working out, freshwater swimming.

Rock yourself. You can lie on your belly and rock your hips from side-to-side, stimulating the chi and sexual life force.

All these forms of movement help to increase the chi and vitality of the body. When practiced with awareness and intention, the movements along with the conscious breath will nourish and provide an internal massage of the organs. Not forgetting the inevitable benefits of wellbeing, mental health, relaxation, regulation and hormonal balance.

Meditation

There must be an element of not doing anything at all and in this space, you receive all your answers. Osho said we begin tantra only after entering savasana.

Nature

Grounding – placing the feet on the earth charges the body and energetic field.

Connecting the belly with the earth. Rooting and planting oneself directly into the earth in order to anchor and be truly present with the all. Blood is regenerative so the practice of giving the menstrual blood to the earth’s body helps with the fertilisation of the earth and as you are not separate from the earth and are very much made up of the same particles, you will in turn reap those beneficial seeds.

Sexual Life Force [Sekhem; Umbilini]

The mystics suggest that dis-ease arises when there is a block in ones sexual energy. By practicing the microcosmic orbit, the sexual energy is enhanced and is thus circulated throughout the body, nourishing the cells and giving rise to the potency of your creative life force energy, stemming from the reproductive organs. When we are connected with this grounding force, we are evermore connected with our soul mission and incarnation objective.
